This is the second county to open an investigation in relation to Cominsky after he was involved in a fight on the field during the Hamburg vs. Annville-Cleona game on September 6th.
However, the Berks County DA says this time it is for a different incident.
D.A. John Adams told WFMZ-TV that a parent recently sent him a video of a Hamburg practice session between players.
Adams was told that in the video, Joe Cominsky was throwing footballs at another teammate.
You can see the Hamburg coach step forward and direct Cominsky where to aim.
This comes just days after Cominsky removed an opponent's football helmet and bashed him in the head with it during a game in Lebanon County.
At this time, the DA is not commenting about the case, only saying they opened an investigation.
South Annville Township Police are also conducting an investigation into the first incident and have not said what charges, if any, Cominsky will face.
