It happened at the intersection of Hunn and Bassette avenues in Wilmington Manor.

The boy, a New Castle Elementary School student, told police the man walked up and asked if he needed a ride or was lost.

The suspect is described as a heavy-set Hispanic man.

He has a dragon tattoo on his wrist and a wedding band tattooed on his ring finger.

The suspect was reportedly driving a newer model black Silverado truck with a dent in the tailgate and possible Maryland tags.
