Teen allegedly assaulted at South Philadelphia rec center

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - October 10, 2013

The alleged incident happened at the Wharton Square Rec Center located at 23rd and Wharton streets.

The 17th district police responded to the rec center on Thursday and are holding it as a crime scene.

The Philadelphia Police Special Victims Unit is now in charge of the investigation.
