The starting jackpot will now be $15-million - that's a $3-million increase. In addition, there will be a one million dollar second prize now.
Possibly the best news of all is the overall odds of winning will go from 1-in-40 to nearly 1-in-15.
The first drawing with the changes will happen Tuesday October 22nd.
