It happened about 8:50 p.m. Saturday at the Wendy's on Eden Circle. Troopers say two men with bandanas covering their faces and one with a handgun entered the restaurant and demanded property from five employees.
Police say some of the employees were forced into a walk-in freezer and the manager was forced to open a safe and give the robbers cash.
A witness saw the robbers run from the restaurant and get into a car. Troopers say that witness provided the license plate number of the vehicle, which led police to two suspects.
Forty-seven-year-old Darrin Mitchell of New Castle and 22-year-old George Dudley Jr. of Philadelphia have been charged with robbery and other offenses.
