The shooting happened around 8:15 p.m. at the Second Oley playground in the 600 block of North Second Street.
The 22-year-old victim told officers that two men and a woman approached him when he was sitting in the park.
They got into an argument and one of the men pulled out a gun and fired.
He was struck in the leg.
So far, no word on his condition or if any arrests have been made.
