Tredyffrin Township Police say Guido La Vella embezzled over the money from Taylor Gifts, where the 29-year-old worked as the company's Chief Financial Officer.
La Vella allegedly used the stolen money to buy high-end automobiles, jewelry and Philadelphia Eagles tickets.
Prosecutors say he also spent close to $50,000 for a meet and greet with the Dave Matthews Band.
The embezzling reportedly began back in 2009 and ended when La Vella abruptly resigned this year.
