22-year-old Alex Walker, of North Middleton Township, faces a preliminary hearing Nov. 4 on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and driving without a license.
Township police say they found him driving the wrong way early Friday in a car he allegedly took about 5:45 p.m. Thursday.
Police say Walker is on probation for a past theft conviction.
He remained in the Cumberland County Jail on Monday.
