Police say the driver lost control of the car on Capital Trail Road near Cordele Road just after 2:30 a.m. Saturday.
Police believe the car was traveling at a high rate of speed when it flipped over several time and crashed into a fence in the backyard of a house.
Firefighters had to pull the driver from the wreckage.
He was rushed to Christiana Hospital in critical condition.
The accident remains under investigation.
