The crash happened at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday in Bensalem.
Police say a vehicle overturned, rolled completely over and ended up in the median.
Images from Chopper 6 HD over the scene showed a light-colored station wagon with front-end damage and a number of rescue vehicles on site.
There were initial reports of at least one person injured. No word on that person's condition.
Southbound traffic was backed up as crews worked to clear the scene.
