1 injured in midday Wilmington shooting

Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting that left a man wounded Monday.

Shots rang out at 12:09 p.m. along the 600 block of West 6th Street, near Windsor Street.

Arriving officers discovered the 19-year-old victim, who had been shot several times in the arm and hip.

The victim was last reported to be in stable condition.
