Wilmington police are warning of a burglary trend in the city.

Investigators say there have been three break-ins in three days between the Browntown neighborhood and South Broom Street.

All of the burglaries happened during the day and the suspects forced their way into the homes through the back door, police said.

The first burglary happened on November 4th in the 1100 block of South Broom Street. Then, on November 6th, a home in the 300 block of 8th Avenue and the unit block of 9th Avenue were hit.

Residents are asked to contact police if they see anything suspicious, such as people travelling in back yards or carrying household electronics.
