City officials in the Southern California city of Seal Beach have expanded a list of banned animals to include all pigs.
But officials say they'll consider granting an exotic animal permit to owner Madonna Grimsley, so she can keep Bubba.
The 235-pound porker has been her pet for four years.
Grimsley tells The Orange County Register she's happy she might be able to keep Bubba.
But Grimsley adds that she's sad that others won't share the joy of having a pet porker.
