SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - November 20, 2013

Officers on patrol arrested 34-year-old Tara Silva on Wednesday in the 2000 block of Opal Street for the two incidents.

She then restrained the employee using duct tape before taking cash, cigarettes and the employee's cell phone, all awhile beating the victim.

She was seen fleeing the store north on 19th Street.

The following day, on November 19th, Silva entered the Dollar Tree on the 2400 block of South 23rd Street.
