The crash happened around 3:45 a.m. at the intersection of South 6th Street and Dickinson Street.
A 43-year-old man had be rescued from the wreckage of one of the cars.
He is in stable condition.
Video from the Action Cam showed a car and minivan involved.
It's not yet known which driver is being tested for DUI.
