Chopper 6 was over the scene of the protest at 16th and Callowhill around 4:00 p.m. Wednesday.
The protestors say they were undocumented Philadelphia residents who are part of the "Not One More Deportation" campaign.
The protest was apparently timed to block agents as they were about to transport immigrant detainees.
Callowhill Street was closed between 16th and 17th streets.
