22-year-old George Hashimbey was killed and another man wounded early Friday morning after two gunmen burst into Apartment 524 at the King Street Commons Apartments and opened fire.
Police in Philadelphia have arrested 21-year-old Khaleef Jones in connection with the killing.
Authorities are looking for 20-year-old Daquan Hamilton.
