Stolen credit card suspect caught on camera

NEWARK, Del. - January 6, 2014

The incident occurred between December 30th and December 31st, 2013.

According to police, it was December 30th when the victim's wallet containing several credit cards was lost or stolen.

The victim soon learned that his credit card had been used a total of 18 times to purchase over $1,400 in merchandise at locations in and around Newark.

One of the incidents in which the stolen credit card was used occurred at The Delaware Running Company on East Main Street, during which the suspect purchased sneakers for an unknown white female and an unknown black female.

At the Wawa store at Route 4 and 72, the suspect used the card again - this time accompanied by an unknown black or mixed race male wearing camouflaged pants.

The suspect is described as a white male, early twenties, approximately 5'8", average build with short dark hair. The suspect may be operating a tan or gold 4 door sedan.
