The fatal stabbing occurred just before 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Sea Breeze Condominiums on the 3500 block of Pacific Avenue.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
No suspects have been arrested.
Investigators have not released the victim's identity.
