Djuan Domnique Stout was charged following the crash on November 3rd on East Main Street in Norristown.
According to the Montgomery County District Attorney's office, Stout made an illegal u-turn into the path of a motorcycle.
The driver of the motorcycle, Gary Malone, was killed in the resulting crash.
The D.A.'s office said blood analyzed after the crash showed marijuana in Stout's system.
Stout is being held on 10% of $25,000 bail.
