A Voorhees police officer used his quick thinking to deliver a woman's baby in the front seat of an SUV.

Around 4:20 Friday morning, Ofc. Bill Walsh and Ocf. Pat Kerper were driving along Kirkwood-Gibbsboro Road.

The officers pulled over when they noticed a vehicle flashing their high-beams.

Inside the vehicle were Joel and Donnismarie Wallace.

Officers were informed that Donnismarie was in labor. Jumping into the front seat, Ofc. Kerper delivered a healthy baby boy.

Donnismarie and baby Gabriel were taken to Virtua Voorhees Hospital. Both mom and baby were said to be okay.
