Officials say rail problems along the CSX tracks in Upper Chichester has caused a freight train to stall near Meeting House Road.
The rail cars are at a standstill blocking traffic in the area. Police are detouring drivers around the train, but are asking motorist to avoid the area.
CSX says there is no timeline on when the train will be moved.
