The crime happened at the BP Station at Walnut Street and Cobbs Creek Parkway around 4:45 a.m. Monday.
Police are looking for two men who fled in a white vehicle.
It's unknown how much money was inside the ATM when it was stolen.
Officers were still on the scene checking surveillance cameras.
