It happened before 7:30 a.m. Wednesday at Garnet Mine and Larkin Roads in Upper Chichester.
Police say 1 vehicle ended up on its side, trapping 2 people.
Both had to be extricated.
There was no immediate word on the extent of injuries.
Garnet Mine Road was closed between Colonial Drive and Larkin Road, and Larkin Road was closed between Bethel Road and Belmont Drive as police investigated and crews worked to clear the wreckage.
