The fatal accident occurred around 1:20 a.m. on the 200 block of Hurffville Crosskeys Road near Sunhaven Drive in Washington Township.
Police say the man, identified as Carl Dicks, was walking along the road when he was struck by a minivan.
The victim was taken by ambulance to Kennedy University Hospital-Washington Township where he was pronounced dead.

No charges have been filed and the investigation is ongoing.
