The incident happened just before 2:00 a.m. on Rising Sun Avenue near Tabor Road.
According to police, the two men were exiting the La Barra Bar when shots were fired at them.
Authorities believe an argument took place in the bar an escalated into gunfire outside.
Police are trying to figure out if the employees were the ones who fired the shots.
Both men were driven to Einstein Hospital by private auto.
They are listed in critical but stable condition.
Investigators are interviewing employees and customers and have recovered several weapons.
