The shooting happened around 3:30 a.m. Sunday at the corner of 9th Street and Lamokin.
Police say a man, armed with a gun, approached the victims as they sat in an SUV.
The gunman opened fire several times before fleeing the scene.
The victims were taken to the hospital, but there was no immediate word on their conditions.
