Authorities say one person was hurt when a car slammed into a Dunkin' Donuts store in the Holmesburg section of Philadelphia.

It happened before 9:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Dunkin' Donuts in the 8900 block of Frankford Avenue.

Images from Chopper 6 HD over the scene showed a light green sedan that jumped the walkway on one side of the store, traveled between two metal poles and crashed through a plate glass window.

An elderly man who uses a cane was behind the wheel of the car. He did not appear to be injured.

One person inside the store received minor injuries.

Police were trying to determine what caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle.

The store was closed as L&I inspectors checked the structural integrity of the building.
