PHILADELPHIA - March 22, 2014 --
Firefighters responded to the home of former State Senator Vincent Fumo after flames erupted on his deck Saturday night. Officials say fire broke out along the 2200 block of Green Street in Spring Garden just after 8:00 p.m.
Police say former Senator Fumo was home when the fire broke out.
Investigators believe the fire may have been caused by cooking.
The fire was brought under control within an hour.
No one was hurt.
