The accident occurred around 7:30 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Frankford and Allegheny avenues.
Police say the driver lost control of his vehicle and hit a building causing a hole in a cinder block wall.
The driver was transported to Hahnemann Hospital in an unknown condition.
Police are investigating.
