Row home collapses in North Philadelphia

A condemned row home in North Philadelphia that partially collapsed last week completely gave way Sunday morning.

The collapse occurred around 9:30 a.m. at 6th and Cumberland streets.

The Philadelphia Fire Department was called to the scene.

Neighbors tell Action News that the home partially collapsed last week.

Licenses and Inspections was aware of last week's partial collapse.
