1 arrested in Warminster murder threat

WARMINSTER, Pa. - March 31, 2014

It happened around 11:00 p.m. Thursday in the Warminster Heights section of the township.

Police say Francisco Luis Valentin and Quameir Willis, both 21, lured a man away from his home on Thursday and threatened to kill him.

The victim told police one of the men had a gun.

The victim was able to get away and call for help, but by the time police arrived both suspects had fled. Warrants were issued for their arrest.

On Friday, police received a tip that one of the suspects was at a home in 2600 block of Horsham Road in Upper Moreland Township.

Officers converged on the residence at 5:00 p.m. but neither man was there.

On Monday shortly before 2:00 p.m., Valentin was apprehended in an apartment in Bensalem.

Willis remains on the loose. He is described as an African American male, 5' 8" tall, 150 lbs., with numerous tattoos on his neck, arms and chest.
