2nd arrest in Warminster murder threat

WARMINSTER, Pa. - April 1, 2014

Francisco "Cisco" Valentin and Quimier Willis, both 21, have been arrested on charges of Attempted Homicide and related charges.

It happened around 11:00 p.m. on March 27th in the Warminster Heights section of the township.

Police say Valentine was found to hiding out in an apartment in the 900 block of Bristol Pike in Bensalem Township.

The Warminster Police with the assistance of the Bensalem Police located Valentine and took him into custody without incident. A firearm was also recovered from the apartment where Valentin was found.

Later that same evening, Willis surrendered himself to the Warminster Police and was arrested at the police station without incident.

Both were arraigned without bail. A court date has not been set.

Police say Valentin and Willis lured a man away from his home and threatened to kill him.

The victim told police one of the men had a gun.

The victim was able to get away and call for help.

This investigation is continuing.
