Someone found the body at 6:00 a.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of South Walnut Street.
Police say the victim is a homeless man in his 60's.
The man was found lying face up in a drainage ditch at the entrance of a Shell gas station.
Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
Police tell Action News there was no immediate evidence of foul play.
An investigation is underway.
