It happened around 10:15 Tuesday night on the 200 block of North Watts Street.
Police and fire crews were called to the scene.
No injuries were reported.
The garage was cordoned off and inspectors are expected to survey the area on Thursday morning.
Officials have not determined what caused the partial collapse.
