52-year-old Robynn Dumont of Trenton, surrendered on Friday.
Family members say the victim 86-year-old Joy Lippincott suffers from dementia.
Dumont allegedly stole $750,000 from Lippincott through her accounting service business RKL Group. She also operated a business under Capital Business Services.
Dumont posted $50,000 bail and was released.
Investigators are asking other clients with concerns about their dealings with Dumont's businesses to contact Det. Bryn Wilden at (856) 384-5610.
