It happened just after 11 a.m. at the south Jersey Regional Airport on Stacy Haines Road.
There were no injuries reported.
The airport was closed after the crash but was expected to reopen a short time later.
The view from Chopper 6 showed the helicopter's tail on the ground.
The helicopter involved was resting on its skids.
