CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- A $5,000 reward is being offered for information in a multi-alarm blaze that forced dozens of evacuations Tuesday in Center City Philadelphia.

The fire was called in around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday at a construction site at 13th and Chancellor streets.

Following an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the fire has been ruled an act of arson.

Officials said the fire caused an estimated $1 million in damages. No injuries have been reported.

Authorities released new surveillance images Thursday of a person they want to identify in connection with this case.

The ATF is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible.

"We encourage the public to provide any information that will aid investigators in quickly identifying and arresting the arsonist," said Sam Rabadi, ATF Special Agent in Charge.
