ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey (WPVI) -- In Atlantic City, this was supposed to be a big week for businesses owners as they prepare to reopen from the COVID-19 pandemic.

But now, they face a new challenge after looters hit Sunday night, dealing them another devastating blow.
