ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- Atlantic City's Convention Center is getting a makeover Friday night.
Officials kicked off a $9 million renovation with commemorative sledgehammers.
The venue will get 34 new restrooms with new flooring, lighting, autoflush toilets, electric hand dryers and mirrors.
Its the first renovation of the bathrooms since the facility opened in 1997.
It should be completed by next fall.
