Police ID person struck by car in Edgewater Park

EDGEWATER PARK, N.J. (WPVI) -- Authorities have released the name of the person who was struck and killed by a vehicle in Edgewater Park, New Jersey Monday night.

It happened around 8:20 p.m. Monday in the 4200 block of Route 130.

56-year-old Richard Price of Willingboro was taken to an area hospital where he later died.

The driver of the striking vehicle did stop at the scene.

Police are investigating.
