Police search for bank bandit in Holmesburg

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Police are looking for the man who robbed a bank in the city's Holmesburg section.

A surveillance picture shows the suspect who police say held up a Citizens Bank branch in the 7300 block of Frankford Avenue on April 13th.

Police say he did not show a weapon and no one was hurt, but he demanded money from the teller and, once he got it, he ran away toward Cottman Avenue.

Police are asking anyone with information to call them.
