Man shot outside bar in Port Richmond

PORT RICHMOND (WPVI) -- Police say a suspect is in custody after an argument led to a shooting outside a bar in Port Richmond.

The incident occurred around midnight Wednesday at the Last Shot bar on East Allegheny Avenue.

Police say two men were arguing and took the fight outside.

One man pulled out a gun and shot the other several times.

As the victim ran back inside the bar, the gunman fired off several more rounds.

The patrons and bartender were not struck.

The shooter drove off, but witnesses wrote down the license plate.

Police found the vehicle and took the suspect into custody a short time later.
