Guidelines approved for beer delivery in Pa.

Pennsylvania has approved the rules for people who want beer delivered to their homes.

Restaurants or pizza shops that obtain a transporter for hire license can deliver up to two six packs.

The deliveries will be allowed any time of day but orders must be placed before 2:00 a.m. and paid for before the beer arrives.

And drivers who drop it off must be 21 and check identification of those who accept it.
