'Bachelor' Ben Higgins on tonight's premiere
Jennifer Matarese interviews "The Bachelor" Ben Higgins.

NEW YORK -- Our newest "Bachelor" Ben Higgins is already making the rounds ahead of tonight's big Season 20 premiere!

Ben hit up "Good Morning America" before heading over to "LIVE with Kelly and Michael." He said it was awesome but definitely unexpected to be in the position of being "The Bachelor." By tonight, Ben says he'll be in his bed for hours after catching a flight immediately after our interview to head to California.

Ben said that he is excited for viewers to "jump on board" with his story and the women's story and see this whole journey unfold. It's been a long few months waiting for the show to hit air and it seems as though he is anxious to let America in on his secrets. He added it's more fun when the viewers get emotionally involved.

As for Ben's parents, he said, "They have encouraged me the whole time." One fact he was adamant about wanting to share is, "My mom, and I know this for a fact, has prayed for my wife every day since the day I was born," Ben said. How sweet is that? This process means a lot for not only Ben but his family too.

Ben believes that he went through the process being himself and he said he's not afraid for his family to see any of the "physical parts" of what happened. So I guess we can't expect too much scandal from this "Bachelor," but I guess we will have to wait and see! As we know, the scandalous elements usually come from the large group of women fighting it out for "The Bachelor's" heart.

Don't miss tonight's big premiere of "The Bachelor" beginning at 8/7c on ABC!
