PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The gates opened at noon Sunday for Day Two of the Made In America festival on the Ben Franklin Parkway.

Tens of thousands of people are expected to see more than 30 acts on five different stages.

Big acts headlined the show Saturday night.

"Beyonce killed it, first of all," said Christine O'Brien from New Orleans, talking about Saturday night's headliner. "I love her."

More are expected Sunday.

Action News caught up with a group of high school friends from Glassboro, N.J. Sunday as the gates opened. They were fueling up for Day Two.

"We're going to see Halsey," said Alicia Ferretti. "Then we're going to go to a couple more artists, then see Big Shawn and stay there for J. Cole."

Many say it's the best lineup so far. Fans came from all over to be in Philadelphia.

We caught up with a pair of young women from New Orleans, who said they were here just for tonight's headliner.

"I'm a big fan of The Weekend, I've been following him since 2011, so I just wanted to see him," said Elizabeth Melillo.

Opening day on Saturday featured a mix of music, dancing and patriotism.

90s hip hop band De La Soul got fans waving their arms, and pop star Nick Jonas performed his hit "Chains" to a huge crowd.

Maggie Todilo of Chester County and Nate DeGuzman of Maryland said they came to take in the sights and sounds.

Nate said, "This is for sure one of the biggest ones (festivals) I've seen, with like 70,000 showing out here. So I mean, it's a really good concert. I love it."

60 artists and bands on five different stages are set to play during the two-day festival organized by rapper Jay Z.

70,000 people were expected at each day of the Made in America festival, showing off the city that made America.

Locals say that's great for Philadelphia.

Vernon Jones of Germantown said, "I think it's really big. I think it's a great situation for our city, to get together to enjoy the festivities."
