Bicyclist in critical condition after being struck by car in Fairhill section of Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A bicyclist is fighting for his life after he was hit by a car in Philadelphia's Fairhill section.

It happened at 3rd and Allegheny Ave around 12:15 a.m. Friday.

The victim, a man in his 20s, was rushed to the hospital in extremely critical condition.

The driver stayed at the scene.

There was no word on if that driver will be charged.
