Woman accuses Cosby of groping at 2004 Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Another woman came forward to make allegations against Bill Cosby on Friday.

Donna Barrett, represented by Gloria Allred, said Cosby groped her from behind and pulled her in a sexual position in April 2004 while she was an official at the Penn Relays in Philadelphia.

Montgomery County also announced on Friday it is doing a thorough and complete review of case files and interviews done with Cosby from 2005 when Andrea Constand came forward to accuse the comedian of drugging and molesting her.

Officials are working against the clock because the statute of limitations to charge Cosby expires in late December.
