Crash shuts down portion of Black Horse Pike

MAYS LANDING, N.J. (WPVI) -- A serious crash shut down a portion of Black Horse Pike in Atlantic County for hours early Tuesday.

The crash happened near Cape May Avenue in Mays Landing.

Officials said a driver lost control, crashed into a fence and then the car caught fire.

Investigators have not released any details about the victim or what caused the driver to lose control.
