Partially decomposed body found in Frankford apartment

FRANKFORD (WPVI) -- A partially decomposed body was discovered in an apartment in the Frankford section of Philadelphia.

Police say the body was found around 6:00 p.m. Tuesday on a third floor apartment on the 1600 block of Wakeling Street.

Authorities say the the property manager discovered the 40-year-old Hispanic male face down.

The male was pronounced dead at the scene by medics.

At this time, there is no word on a cause of death.
